Dr. Abdullah Al-Hussaini
Chairman (Independent)
Dr. Abdullah Al-Hussaini is a seasoned academic and financial expert with a distinguished career spanning academia, public service, and corporate governance. He currently serves as Dean of Student Affairs and Board Member at Prince Sultan University, where he is also an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Financial Audit.
Dr. Al-Hussaini is actively involved in several national committees and academic initiatives, including the Saudi Universities Sports Federation, KACST’s Experts Database, and the Prince Naif Chair for National Unity. His expertise in financial accounting and auditing is strengthened by his prior experience as a Financial Manager in the public sector.
He is a member of SOCPA, the Saudi Accounting Association (SAA), and the GCC Accounting and Auditing Organization (GCCAAO). Dr. Al-Hussaini also sits on the boards of several listed companies and contributes to key committees including Audit, Nomination, Risk, and Investment.
Qusai AlSaif

Qusai AlSaif was part of the team that created and managed RTF, the then biggest VC fund in Saudi. He also managed a portfolio in SAR 100s of millions in loans to industrial companies at Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Board member in different startups. Very active angel investor and founded RAI/Najd angel group.
Salem Washeely

Salem Washeely brings more than 14 years of experience in different fields including asset based lending, mergers & acquisitions and venture capital. He helped create the corporate venture capital arm at Elm, one of the leading technology companies in Saudi. Was also part of the team managing derayah venture capital fund. Holds a Bachelor degree from KFUPM in Civil Engineering with second honor.
