Jehad AlKadi is an experienced executive serving multiple financial organizations for more than 20 years. has been the CEO of Riyadh Development Company “ARDCO” since December 2021. During his career journey he held several leadership positions in several entities, including the Public Investment Fund – PIF , SEDCO Capital, Jadwa Investment and the Saudi National Bank.
He is also a member of several boards of directors, including JLL Saudi Arabia where he heads the board as its Chairman. He is also a member of the board of directors of Dur Hospitality, the Saudi Economic Association, in addition to many affiliated boards and committees.

Qusai AlSaif

Qusai AlSaif was part of the team that created and managed RTF, the then biggest VC fund in Saudi. He also managed a portfolio in SAR 100s of millions in loans to industrial companies at Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Board member in different startups. Very active angel investor and founded RAI/Najd angel group.
Salem Washeely

Salem Washeely brings more than 14 years of experience in different fields including asset based lending, mergers & acquisitions and venture capital. He helped create the corporate venture capital arm at Elm, one of the leading technology companies in Saudi. Was also part of the team managing derayah venture capital fund. Holds a Bachelor degree from KFUPM in Civil Engineering with second honor.
